Gold Birthday Package

We Also offer a Gold Birthday Package for an upgrade celebration.

Upgrade to Gold: +$25 per child 

                    Minimum 12 kids

  • The studio is reserved exclusively for your private celebration for 2.5 hours.
  • The birthday child’s project is complimentary.
  • Pizza( your choice of Cheese or Pepperoni)
  • Individually wrapped snacks
  • Individual Juice boxes & water bottles for kids
  • paper plates & serving essentials 
  • Balloons, light BD decorations, & BD Candles. 
  • Food and Cake serving are fully handled by our team. 
  • Fun, age-appropriate party games included
  • A 15% set up/clean up fee will be added to total bill.
  • Note: Cakes or cupcakes are provided by the hosting family.

Birthdays/Special Events Policy

Celebrate special moments at our studio, whether it’s a birthday, a fun
gathering with friends, or a team building session. Book online or call us
to reserve your spot.

Policies:

  • All birthday parties require a minimum project selection of $40 per child.
  • This is an open studio, there will be other people in the studio at
    the same time, unless you book for closed studio reservation for
    birthday celebration.

• You can reserve the whole studio with a minimum of 12 paid
participants. Studio will be reserved for your group for a 2.5-hour
event. Please call us for more information.

• A 15% set up and clean up fee will be added to the total bill. 

•A $100 deposit is required to secure reservation.

• Due to limited space, seating will be available only for those
creating their projects.

• Studio will be private for your team-building sessions and paint
night outs. Please call us for more details.

• For a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to
reschedule your events. Deposit may be nonrefundable for
cancellations made within 24 hours.

• Food and Decorations:

• You’re welcome to bring food, decorations, and birthday cake.
Simple decorations can be coordinated with our staff.

  • All food and cake set up & serving are the responsibility of the hosting parent. 
  • Complimentary Tablecloths are included with all birthday packages.

• Duration:
• We recommend planning for 2 hours. For private studio reservation
duration will be 2.5 hours and must fully paid in advance.
